Birth details are intimate personal data. This policy explains, plainly, what we collect and what we do with it.
Birth details
- The free birth chart calculator runs in your browser. The date, time, and place you enter are used to compute your chart on your own device and are not stored on our servers.
- Place search sends only your typed place name to a geocoding service (Open-Meteo) to look up coordinates — never your date or time of birth.
- When paid reports launch, generating a report will require sending your birth details to our server and AI provider for processing. We will say so clearly at that point, store only what is needed to deliver your purchase, and delete it on request.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful (page views, approximate region, device type). We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.
If you subscribe to forecasts or buy a product, we use your email to deliver what you asked for. Every marketing email includes one-click unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@bhagyabidata.com. EU/EEA visitors have rights under GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
