Bhagya Bidata (ভাগ্য বিধাতা) means “the dispenser of destiny” — a phrase every Indian knows from the opening line of Tagore’s Jana Gana Mana. We chose it because it captures what Vedic astrology has offered for thousands of years: not a fixed fate, but a map of tendencies and timings that helps you meet your own life with more awareness.

How our readings are made

We believe you deserve to know exactly what you are reading. Every chart on this site is computed — not channelled, not hand-written by an astrologer. Here is the full method:

• Astronomy first. Planetary positions come from a professional-grade ephemeris engine, the same class of calculation used by observatories and serious astrology software.
• Classical Vedic framework. Positions are converted to the sidereal zodiac using the Lahiri ayanamsa — the standard of Indian astrology — and organised by the traditional structures: rāśi, nakshatra and pada, whole-sign houses, and the vimshottari dasha system.
• Written interpretation. The explanations are prepared editorially, drawing on classical Vedic sources, and — in our upcoming personalised reports — composed by AI from your exact chart data, reviewed against that same tradition.

This transparency is unusual in this field, and it is deliberate. Astrology, honestly offered, is a mirror for reflection — a way of thinking about character, timing, and choice. We will never tell you that a computer knows your future, and we will never use fear to sell you a remedy.
